Slow Cooker Three-Bean Casserole

2 cans red kidney beans, drained
2 cans garbanzo beans, drained
2 cans black beans, drained
1 1/2 to 2 lbs ground beef
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups brown sugar
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
2 cups ketchup
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
In skillet, brown ground beef with chopped onion. Drain off all grease. Crumble ground beef into crockpot. Add beans and their canned liquids. Add remaining ingredients and stir to blend well. Cover with lid and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
