Pottery painting parties and stuffed animal "critter" parties - a fun way to celebrate your special day!

Pottery Painting

Ages 7 & up:  Choose from three party packages $10-$15/guest. 

• Guests choose one pottery item from a selection of 10 - 15

• After painting, we clean up, and you can serve treats and/or open gifts.     

• We will glaze, fire and box your party pieces to pick up the week after your party. 

• Party length is generally 1 ½ to 2 hours.

Ages 4-6 (or 7) We offer structured pottery painting parties. 

• We help the kids step by step and teach basic techniques, (rubber stamping, sponging, dots etc.) while still providing a party atmosphere.

Stuffed animal "critter" parties

Ages 5 & up  Guests choose from a large selection and are instructed on how to stuff the animal and then design a shirt for their animal. 

Party plates are available with all parties - it's a specially painted plate for the birthday child, each guest at the party will sign it at the end of the party.

Swim Birthday Party Packages

SATURDAYS ONLY

Swimming         2:00 - 3:00 pm (Held during open swim)

Party Room      2:00 - 4:00 pm

For groups of 15 or less

No charge for adult chaperones or siblings to the birthday child

A Lifeguard will be on duty during activity sessions.  A Building Supervisor will be available during the room session.  Tables (6-8 feet) and chairs supplied.  Rental group is responsible for room decoration and party supplies.   Party Room available 1/2 hour prior to start of event.  Piñatas are prohibited.

Package Cost:  $20.00 Room Deposit due with signed contract

Plus -   $4.00 per participant due on day of event

The Preschool Party can either be held either Saturdays or Sundays between 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm.  There are two activity session choices for 4 - 12 participants between 1 and 5 years of age.  The group must provide one adult chaperone, over the age of 18, for every 5 children.

There is an activity session and a party session.  The activity session is held during the first hour and is lead by a YMCA Preschool staff member.  The party session immediately follows the activity session.  The Party Room is available for 2 ½ hours.  The room will be available ½ hour prior and during the activity portion of the party for room set-up and decoration.  The YMCA provides tables (6-8 ft.) and chairs.  Preschool size tables are available.  The group needs to supply decorations and party supplies.  Refrigeration is not available.

Themes:  Choose a specific theme which includes a variety of imaginative games or skills to “play out” the theme or pick the Top 8 which includes the most favorite activities including the ball pit and mini roller coaster.  Parachute games and a birthday story are included in every party.  Theme  Choices:  Astronaut,  Camp Out, Circus, Cowboys & Indians/Rodeo, Construction Zone, Jungle, Knight or Princess, Superhero, Zoo, or Top 8.

There are two activity session options:

Option 1:         $60.00

Preschool Activity Party involves 60 minutes of large motor activities and gymnastics.  Parent can choose from the themes listed below.

Option 2:         $80.00

Messy Munchkins Party involves a 30 minute activity time followed by a 30 minute art time.  Parents can choose an art activity that matches the theme in the activities portion or just choose a project their child would most like to do.  During the art time, there will be small motor skill activities around the room for children to enjoy including paper on the walls for coloring, a rice & bean table for digging and a Lego table for building.
